Olive and Brie Pizza

Ingredients You Need

  • 4 lbs. pizza dough

  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard

  • 1-1/2 lbs. brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 1/2-inch slices

  • 12 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced

  • 2-1/2 cups halved Lindsay® California Ripe Pitted Olives

  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion with tops

  • 3 tablespoons fresh chopped oregano

  • 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese


Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.

  2. Roll each pound of dough into a 12-inch circle.

  3. Place crusts on a lightly greased sheet pan.

  4. Spread mustard over crusts; top with half of brie cheese, tomatoes, olives, green onion, remaining half of brie cheese, oregano and Parmesan cheese.

  5. Bake until crusts are crisp and golden brown, 18 to 20 minutes.
