All-American Hot Dogs

Nothing says summer like the classic grilled hot dog. We top ours with mustard, onion, tomato and golden greek pepperoncini for all the summer picnics and BBQs.

Ingredients

  • 4 jumbo all-beef franks

  • 4 poppyseed hot dog rolls, split, lightly toasted if desired

  • 8 teaspoons yellow mustard

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

  • 1/4 cup chopped ripe tomato

  • 1/2 cup drained Lindsay┬« Sliced Golden Greek Pepperoncini


Cooking Directions

  1. Prepare barbecue grill to medium heat, or have a grill pan ready.

  2. Grill franks or cook over medium heat in the grill pan, turning frequently, until heated through and grill marks appear, 6 to 8 minutes.

  3. Serve franks in rolls; top with mustard, onion, tomato and pepperoncini. Serve immediately.
