Chopped Ranch Salad

Recipe provided by the California Olive Committee.

  • 3 tablespoons reduced fat buttermilk

  • 3 tablespoons light sour cream

  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt

  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

  • 1 medium English cucumber, diced 1-inch

  • 6 ounces radishes, cut into wedges

  • 1 (6 oz.) can Lindsay┬« Ripe Pitted Olives, halved

  • 1 ounce bacon, cooked and crumbled

Cooking Directions

  1. Whisk together buttermilk, sour cream, chives, garlic salt and pepper. Store in a refrigerated airtight container until serving.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine cucumbers, radishes and olives.

  3. Toss with dressing and bacon crumbles just before serving.
