Girl from Manzanilla

This Spanish-inspired martini variation is a twist on a classic pre-Prohibition cocktail called the Tuxedo, named for an old New York society club (whose members also popularized the dressy jacket of the same name).

Ingredients

  • 2 oz dry gin

  • 1 oz Manzanilla sherry

  • 1 dash orange bitters

  • Lindsay® Spanish Queen Olives Stuffed with Almonds

  • Marcona almonds (or other salted nuts)


Cooking Directions

  1. Stir the gin and sherry well with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a dash of orange bitters.

  2. Garnish with Lindsay® Spanish Queen Olives Stuffed with Almonds.

  3. Serve with almonds and additional olives on the side.
