Ingredients
2 oz dry gin
1 oz Manzanilla sherry
1 dash orange bitters
Lindsay® Spanish Queen Olives Stuffed with Almonds
Marcona almonds (or other salted nuts)
This Spanish-inspired martini variation is a twist on a classic pre-Prohibition cocktail called the Tuxedo, named for an old New York society club (whose members also popularized the dressy jacket of the same name).
2 oz dry gin
1 oz Manzanilla sherry
1 dash orange bitters
Lindsay® Spanish Queen Olives Stuffed with Almonds
Marcona almonds (or other salted nuts)
Stir the gin and sherry well with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a dash of orange bitters.
Garnish with Lindsay® Spanish Queen Olives Stuffed with Almonds.
Serve with almonds and additional olives on the side.
