Ingredients
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
6 large cloves garlic, peeled and lightly crushed

1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
5 or 6 fresh thyme sprigs
1 can Lindsay® Large Ripe Pitted Olives, drained
1 can Lindsay® Green Olives or any other Lindsay® Green Olive drained
4 long orange peel strips
4 long lemon peel strips
Juice of half a lemon (2 tablespoons)
1/4 teaspoon salt
