Moroccan Spiced Olives

Ingredients

  • 1 (6-oz.) can Lindsay® Naturals Green Ripe California Pitted Olives, drained

  • 1/4 cup drained and chopped Lindsay® Red Roasted Peppers

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon drained Lindsay® Capers

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/8 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes


Cooking Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.

  2. Cover, refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 1 week.

  3. Serve at room temperature.
