Ready, Set, Gimlet

We’ve updated this classic cocktail with a Thai-inspired twist: Just add smoky paprika, basil and our tasty Queen Olives Stuffed with Red Pepper Party Pick for a new flavor adventure.

Ingredients

  • 3 basil leaves

  • 1.5 oz gin

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • .5 oz simple syrup

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • Lindsay Party Picks: Queen Olives Stuffed with Red Pepper


Cooking Directions

  1. Rim a lowball glass with lime and then the smoked paprika. Fill with ice. Set aside.

  2. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the basil leaves and the simple syrup. Add lime juice, gin and ice to shaker. Shake until very cold, about 20 seconds. Strain into the lowball glass. Garnish with a Lindsay Party Pick: Queen Olives Stuffed with Red Pepper.
