Bloody Citrus Caesar Cocktail

A classic Canadian cocktail and riff on the Bloody Mary — spicy tomato juice, vodka and our Seville Citrus olives pack a full-flavored punch.

  • 1.5 oz vodka

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 2 dashes of hot sauce (optional)

  • 4-6 oz spicy tomato juice (or a bloody mary mix works great!)

  • Montreal steak seasoning (or equal parts salt/pepper)

  • Lindsay Seville Citrus Infused Blends Olives

Cooking Directions

  1. Rim rocks glass with a lime wedge, then dip into the seasoning.

  2. Add ice to glass. Build the cocktail in the glass by adding the vodka, lemon juice, hot sauce, a splash of olive brine and tomato juice. Stir.

  3. Garnish with a pick of alternating citrus wedges and olives.
