Fall Oatmeal Bowl

Oatmeal was made for toppings and this combination is our favorite. A little bit creamy, a little bit crunchy. Completely delicious.

  • 1 cup of your favorite oatmeal, cooked to desired consistency & sweetness

  • 1 Tbs Lindsay Almond Butter

  • 1 Tbs pureed pumpkin

  • 1 Tbs pomegranate seeds

  • 1 Tbs toasted coconut flakes

  • 1 Tbs pumpkin seeds

  • 1 Tbs roughly chopped pecans

Cooking Directions

  1. Add your cooked oatmeal to a bowl and add milk and sweetener to taste.

  2. Top oatmeal with almond butter and pumpkin puree. Swirl together.

  3. Top with pomegranate seeds, toasted coconut, pumpkin seeds and pecans. Enjoy!
