Ingredients
2 bananas, halved
1/3 cup Lindsay Classic Creamy Almond Butter
1/2 Tbs + 1/2 tsp coconut oil or vegetable oil, divided
2 Tbs chocolate chips
4 fun paper straws, cut in half
Sprinkles (optional)
These frozen banana pops are as delicious as store-bought popsicles, but made with natural sugars and a creamy almond butter protein pop.
2 bananas, halved
1/3 cup Lindsay Classic Creamy Almond Butter
1/2 Tbs + 1/2 tsp coconut oil or vegetable oil, divided
2 Tbs chocolate chips
4 fun paper straws, cut in half
Sprinkles (optional)
Cut bananas in half. Stick 2 halved straws into cut bananas.
Microwave almond butter and 1/2 Tbs oil in 30 second increments; stir until smooth. Use a spoon to cover banana with almond butter mixture. Place bananas on a parchment lined baking sheet. Repeat with 3 other banana pops.
Microwave chocolate chips and 1/2 tsp oil in 30 second increments; stir until smooth. Drizzle chocolate onto bananas. Top with sprinkles.
Freeze banana pops for 1 hour or up to 1 week.
