Frozen Stuffed Dates with Almond Butter and Cacao Nibs

Ingredients

  • 4 medjool dates

  • 4-6 tsp Lindsay Honey Cinnamon Almond Butter

  • 1 Tbs coconut flakes

  • 1/2 Tbs cacao nibs


Cooking Directions

  1. Cut dates lengthwise (not all the way through) and remove inner seed.

  2. Fill dates with 1 to 1 1/2 tsp almond butter. Top with coconut flakes and cacao nibs.

  3. Freeze for at least 1 hour or up to 1 week before eating.
