4 medjool dates
4-6 tsp Lindsay Honey Cinnamon Almond Butter
1 Tbs coconut flakes
1/2 Tbs cacao nibs
Make these stuffed dates for ladies night paired with a light, crisp sauvignon blanc — or keep a small stockpile in the freezer for whenever you need a mini indulgence.
4 medjool dates
4-6 tsp Lindsay Honey Cinnamon Almond Butter
1 Tbs coconut flakes
1/2 Tbs cacao nibs
Cut dates lengthwise (not all the way through) and remove inner seed.
Fill dates with 1 to 1 1/2 tsp almond butter. Top with coconut flakes and cacao nibs.
Freeze for at least 1 hour or up to 1 week before eating.
