  • 1.5 oz Piri Piri Pepper-infused rum (recipe follows)

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • Ginger Beer

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine infused rum and lime juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until very cold, about 20 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a Piri Piri Pepper Party Pick.

  2. To make Piri Piri Pepper Infused Rum: In an airtight container, combine 1 cup dark rum (like Meyers) and 3 piri piri peppers, pulled from the Piri Piri Peppers Party Picks olives. Allow to steep at least 24 hours. Strain through a fine mesh strainer. Store in airtight container for up to a month.
