This nationally-recognized, star-studded festival showcases the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs, and culinary personalities. The event is a benefit for Florida International University's (FIU) Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center, giving future leaders in the hospitality industry hands-on training and educational experience.
