Situated right on the breathtaking coast of the Atlantic Ocean, Seville is a charming Spanish town where tapas are served all day long.



Our Seville Citrus infused olives are sweet and savory all at once, bursting with flavors that will make you dream of lounging in the Spanish countryside. These little gems glean extra brightness from a big and bold hit of citrus. Fresh orange and lemon zest along with a hint of thyme transform these olives into feisty flavor statements.


Drink Pairings:

Seville Citrus olives are fresh and bright and perfect for summer. They’ll pair well with chilled white wines such as a crisp Sauvignon Blanc or a smooth Chenin Blanc that accentuates and highlights notes of citrus in the olives.


Cheese Pairings:

Spaniards are known for some of the most delicious and flavorful cheeses such as Manchego, Cabrales and Mahón, all of which will pair beautifully with these olives. While Manchego and Mahon are powerful but smooth, Cabrales is a blue cheese that provides a big and tasty punch.


Make it a Party:

Serve olives and cheese with other Spanish tapas favorites. Marcona almonds will offer a tasty crunchy addition. Grilled chorizo sausage on baguette slices with spicy mustard will bring a depth of flavor to accompany the sweetness of the Seville Citrus olives.
