Sweet Cherry Peppers

Cherry peppers are known for their juicy, mild flavor and bright pop of red and green colors. They are excellent as a snack, or for stuffing with flavored cream cheese, prosciutto, or any number of fillings to make a great appetizer for nearly any occasion. While some varieties of cherry peppers are hot, Lindsay uses only the sweet cherry peppers, which are characterized by their mild, sweet and aromatic flesh.
