Greek Nachos

Skip the tortilla chips and make Greek Nachos instead! Top pita chips with all your favorite Mediterranean toppings for a delicious and healthy plate of nachos.

  • 4 cups pita chips

  • 1/2 cup store-bought tzatziki sauce

  • 12 baby tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup Lindsay Organic Kalamata Olives

  • 1 cucumber, sliced and cut into half circles

  • 1/2 cup feta cheese

  • 1/2 cup hummus

  • Store bought tabouli (optional)

Cooking Directions

  1. Divide all ingredients among 4 plates and serve! Alternately, set out bowls with all ingredients and allow guests to serve themselves.
