Healthy Turkey & Olive Lunchbox Skewers

Savory skewers are our new favorite back to school lunchbox meal. They're healthy, easy and simple to switch up! Try ham instead of turkey! Go for pepper jack instead of just cheddar! Mix and match it up.

  • 6 Lindsay black ripe olives

  • 6 baby tomatoes

  • 6 pieces deli sliced turkey or ham

  • 6 1-inch cubes of cheddar cheese

Cooking Directions

  1. Alternate adding deli meat, olives, cheese and baby tomatoes onto 6-inch wooden skewers until skewers are full. There should be room for about 2 of each ingredient per skewer.

  2. Repeat on 2 more wooden skewers.
