No-Bake Cherry Almond Butter Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) jar Lindsay Almond Butter, Honey Cinnamon

  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon pure almond extract

  • 2/3 cup finely chopped dried cherries

  • 3 Tbsp chocolate protein powder or cacao powder


Cooking Directions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together almond butter, protein powder, almond extract and cherries.

  2. Roll into 1” balls. Roll balls into chocolate protein powder or cacao powder. Enjoy!

  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
