Vegan 7 Layer Dip

We’ve teamed up with a few other amazing brands to bring you a Vegan 7 Layer Dip recipe. This dish is sharable and perfect for entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 2 pouches of A Dozen Cousin's Mexican Cowboy Beans

  • 3 medium avocados

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 cup of vegan sour cream

  • 1 3.8oz can of Lindsay Black Olives, sliced

  • 2 small tomatoes, diced

  • 1/2 cup of Miyoko's Vegan Smoked Farmhouse Cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 cup of Miyoko's Vegan Smoked Mozzarella, shredded

  • 1/4 cup of green onions, sliced

  • 2 bags of Siete Foods' Tortilla Chips


Cooking Directions

  1. Blend 2 pouches of A Dozen Cousin's Mexican Cowboy Beans & spread mixture into an even layer in a 7x11 dish.

  2. Mash avocados with garlic power & lime juice. Mix in cilantro & season with salt to taste. Spread avocado layer over bean layer.

  3. To make a vegan sour cream, mix 8oz of Miyoko's cream cheese with 1/3 cup of water or plant-based milk. Spread sour cream layer over avocado layer.

  4. Sprinkle Lindsay's olives, Miyoko's cheeses, tomatoes, & green onions on top.

  5. Serve with Siete Foods' Tortilla Chips.
