White Wine Salmon

  • 2 salmon filets

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp butter 

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup dry white wine 

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • 1/4 cup Organic Lindsay Black Ripe Olives - Sliced

Cooking Directions

  1. Pat the salmon dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat, then add olive oil. Add salmon skin side down; cook for 4 minutes then flip and cook until salmon is done, about 2 minutes.

  2. Set salmon aside and reduce heat. Add the butter and garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds before stirring in the wine and lemon juice. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in the olives and add the salmon back to the pan. Spoon sauce over salmon, then serve.
