Easy Marinated Olives

  • 1 (6.5 oz.) Lindsay® Recloseables Large Pitted Ripe Olives

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Directions

  1. Open olives reserving container and lid; pour off liquid leaving olives in container.

  2. Add remaining ingredients; close container with lid.

  3. Shake container well to coat olives with marinade.

  4. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 5 days before serving.
