Nutty Olives

The rich, buttery flavor of green ripe olives is the perfect complement to the salty, nutty crunch. Recipe provided by Joanne Weir.

  • 4 ounces roasted salted almonds or roasted salted cashews

  • 1 (6 oz.) can Lindsay Crafted Medium Green Ripe Olives, drained

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Cooking Directions

  1. Place the almonds or cashews, olives and olive oil in a bowl. Toss together.

  2. Place the mixture in a bowl and serve at room temperature with small cocktail napkins.

  3. Try this recipe with store bought hickory-smoked almonds.
