Mediterranean Bison Sliders

Whip up a batch of these feta-olive bison sliders for your next BBQ or summer party. They're gluten free, low carb, keto, and delicious. Created by Natasha Gildea of The Feisty Kitchen

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs bison, ground

  • 4 ounces feta, crumbled

  • 1/2 cup Mediterranean Medley Lindsay olives, chopped

  • ┬╝ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • ┬╝ cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped

  • 1 cup Lindsay┬« Whole Spanish Manzanilla Olives (or your favorite green Lindsay olive), drained

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil


Cooking Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix together gently until everything is well incorporated.

  2. Form into meatball size patties by rolling into a ball and flattening.

  3. Cook to desired doneness either in stove, on grill, or on stovetop. I cooked on stovetop in a cast iron skillet over medium heat for approximately 2-3 minutes each side. This will vary depending on burner output and how thick your sliders are.

  4. Serve with a salad of mixed green, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
