  • 1 cup Lindsay® Ripe Pitted Olives, cut into wedges

  • 1 cup green pepper, diced (1/4-inch)

  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 2 ounces pepperoni, minced

  • 1 pound prepared pizza dough, cut into 30 equal pieces

  • 3/4 cup prepared pizza sauce

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Prepare 10 standard muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, combine olives, green pepper, Parmesan cheese, and minced pepperoni. Set aside.

  4. Cut pizza dough into 30 equal pieces. Take each piece of dough and dip it into the bowl of toppings, coating each side. Place 3 pieces of coated pizza dough into each muffin cup. Once all muffin cups are filled, allow to rise in a warm place for 30 to 45 minutes.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

  6. Transfer pan to a wire rack to cool for 5 minutes before removing muffins. Enjoy while still warm, using pizza sauce as a dip!
