1-2 jalapeno slices, with seeds (adjusted to your desired heat level!)
2 oz vodka or gin
2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1 oz fresh lime juice
Dry prosecco or champagne

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the jalapenos with the lime juice.
Add grapefruit juice, gin or vodka, and ice to shaker. Shake until very cold, about 20 seconds. Strain into a coupe.
