1 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup

.5 oz simple syrup

Rim a lowball glass with lime and then the smoked paprika. Fill with ice. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the basil leaves and the simple syrup. Add lime juice, gin and ice to shaker. Shake until very cold, about 20 seconds. Strain into the lowball glass. Garnish with a Lindsay Queen Olives Stuffed with Pimiento
