1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Mix salt and pepper together on a small plate; Rim a coupe or martini glass with a lime and then the salt and pepper mixture. Set aside.
Combine tequila, vermouth and olive juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until very cold, about 20 seconds. Double strain into the rimmed glass. Garnish with a Garlic Party Pick.
To create garlic-infused tequila: Combine 1 cup blanco tequila and 4 cloves of garlic, peeled and slightly smashed. Allow the mixture to steep overnight, at least 12 hours and no more than 24. Strain through a fine mesh strainer. Store in airtight container for up to a month.
