Olive Baked Brie

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided

  • 1 wheel of brie (8-12 ounces)

  • ¼ cup Lindsay Queen Olives Stuffed with Garlic, sliced in half lengthwise

  • ¼ cup Lindsay Queen Olives Stuffed with Pimiento, sliced in half lengthwise

  • ¼ cup Lindsay Kalamata Olives, sliced in half lengthwise

  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

  • 3 sprigs thyme

  • Pinch of chili flakes (1/8 teaspoon)

  • Pinch of flaky sea salt (1/8 teaspoon)

  • Baguette, sliced


Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.

  2. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into the bottom of an oven safe dish and place the cheese on top. Top with sliced olives, sliced garlic and thyme sprigs. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of oil over the cheese and sprinkle with salt and chili flakes.

  3. Bake brie for 15 minutes, until the cheese softens and melts.

  4. Serve immediately with sliced baguette.
