Antipasto Skewers

An easy and healthy appetizer! These skewers are keto and gluten free so everyone at your party can enjoy.

  • 1 can Lindsay® Black Ripe Olives, Lindsay Crafted Black Ripe Olives, Lindsay Crafted Green Ripe Olives, or a combination, drained

  • 1 cup salami (diced)

  • ½ cup fresh mozzarella balls

  • ½ cup diced roasted red peppers (about 2 peppers)

  • 1 jar drained mixed giardiniera

Cooking Directions

  1. Arrange an olive on a skewer. Add salami, mozzarella ball, and veggies from the Mixed Giardiniera.

  2. Repeat with remaining ingredients, arranging filled skewers on serving plate. Enjoy!

  3. Customize these skewers to your taste using any combo of antipasto ingredients, including: Lindsay Crafted Green Ripe Pitted Olives and Lindsay Crafted Black Ripe Olives
