Antipasto Skewers

An easy and healthy appetizer! These skewers are keto and gluten free so everyone at your party can enjoy.

  • 1 can Lindsay® California Black Olives, Lindsay® Naturals California Black Olives, Lindsay® Naturals California Green Olives, or a combination, drained

  • 1 cup salami (diced)

  • ½ cup fresh mozzarella balls

  • ½ cup diced Lindsay® Red Roasted Peppers (about 2 peppers)

  • 1 jar drained Lindsay® Mixed Giardiniera

Cooking Directions

  1. Arrange an olive on a skewer. Add salami, mozzarella ball, and veggies from the Mixed Giardiniera.

  2. Repeat with remaining ingredients, arranging filled skewers on serving plate. Enjoy!

  3. Customize these skewers to your taste using any combo of antipasto ingredients, including: Lindsay® Naturals Green Ripe California Olives or Lindsay® Pitted Spanish Manzanilla Olives, Lindsay® Greek Kalamata Olives, Lindsay® Golden Greek Pepperoncini and/or Lindsay® Hot Chili Peppers, and/or Lindsay® Cocktail Onions
